Online Preview Links: For applicable projects, we may provide an online preview URL, allowing clients to review and approve design deliverables.

The specific delivery method will be determined based on the nature of the services ordered and the requirements of the project.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once we have transmitted project deliverables, design files, or website access links through the agreed-upon electronic channel, the digital delivery shall be considered complete. If you do not receive the delivery email, please first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us via our customer service email.

Should a delivery link be inaccessible or if there is an issue with a file, we will provide reasonable technical assistance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure that services are completed on time, the customer is required to:

Provide accurate and complete project requirements and all necessary information.

Supply the text, images, branding assets, and other content required for the website design (where applicable).

Provide timely approval of design proposals and offer feedback or revision requests.

Ensure that they hold the legal right to use all materials and content provided.

Any delays in delivery resulting from the customer’s failure to provide materials, approve proposals, or offer feedback in a timely manner shall not be considered a delay in service fulfillment on our part.
