2. 30-Minute Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to request an order cancellation within 30 minutes of completing their payment.

Clients may submit a request for order cancellation and a refund via email within 30 minutes of a successful payment.

Provided that the cancellation criteria are met and work on the service has not yet commenced, we will process the refund request.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded funds to appear in your account depends on the processing speeds of the payment service provider, the issuing bank, and other relevant financial institutions.

Important Note: The 30-minute cancellation window begins at the moment the payment transaction is successfully completed.

3. No Refund After Service Commencement

Because our offerings consist of customized digital design and professional services, the commencement of work on an order marks the beginning of the service execution phase.

Service commencement includes, but is not limited to:

Beginning website design or page creation.

Beginning the development of website layouts or visual concepts.

Beginning website development or the configuration of features.

Beginning the creation of bespoke design content for the client.

Beginning any other customized work stipulated in the order.

Once the service has officially commenced, requests for cancellation or refunds initiated by the client will generally not be accepted.

Clients acknowledge and agree that, as professional time, expertise, and creative resources have already been invested once customized design services begin, the return policies applicable to physical goods do not apply.

However, this policy does not limit any non-waivable refund rights that consumers may possess under applicable law, nor does it exclude the Company’s liability to provide a refund should it fail to fulfill its contractual obligations. 4. Cancellation After 30 Minutes

If a client submits a cancellation request more than 30 minutes after a successful payment—and provided that we have not yet commenced the relevant services—we will evaluate the request based on the specific circumstances of the order and applicable law.

A cancellation request submitted after 30 minutes does not automatically guarantee a refund.

If the service has already commenced, the request will be handled in accordance with Section 3 of this policy.

If a client discovers a duplicate payment, an erroneous charge, or an unauthorized transaction, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will verify the order and transaction records and assist in resolving the matter based on the specific circumstances and applicable law.

If a client has questions regarding a purchased service, or if the delivered work does not align with the agreed-upon order specifications, please contact us promptly.

We will verify the situation against the original order agreement and, where appropriate, provide necessary revisions or technical assistance.

These terms do not affect any other rights a client may have under applicable law.

8. Physical Returns

EmileeDS Creative Web LLC provides exclusively online digital design and related services.

As we do not sell products that require physical delivery:

There are no returns for physical goods.

There are no exchanges for physical goods.

There is no logistics or shipping involved for physical goods.

We do not provide return labels or tracking numbers for physical goods.

All service deliverables are provided via email, cloud-based sharing links, or other online methods. 9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
